The following is a list of Robert's standard herbal treatments. If you are not sure which treatment your pet requires or if your pet needs an individual prescription, contact Robert to conduct a short consultation over the phone or via e-mail at no charge so that he can give you the proper advice.

Ordering and Shipping Details
Australian Customers:
Orders are filled after consultation by phone or by fax and normally posted the same day from my office in Bathurst, NSW.
The indicated prices do include GST but not postage, which is $5 - $7 for small packages and $11 - $15 for larger packages anywhere in Australia.
Payment can be made by Postal Note, Cheque or Credit Card offline (the detailsof which can be given over the telephone or on the fax on 02 6332 6220). Payment can also be made online by clicking on the 'Order' button under any Product Description when your order and credit card details are encrypted and sent through to us safely in this manner.
Overseas Customers:
Overseas shipping rates area as follows: US$
$10 covers either one 50ml bottle or one 100ml bottle.
$12 covers up to 2 x 100ml bottles plus one 50ml bottle.
$15 covers up to 2 x 100ml bottles plus 2 x 50ml bottles or one 500ml bottle.
$20 covers one 1000ml bottle.
Overseas customers may order online or by phone or fax. Note: To telephone you have to take account of Australian Eastern Time where the office is attended between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Ph: International 61-2-63313937, Fax: International 61-2-63326220 (24 hrs).
USA orders expect 8 to 10 days for delivery.
